Where does EvInLove Jewelry ship to and how long will it take?

We ship worldwide!

Free Shipping is applicable to all orders within Malaysia.

West Malaysia: 1-3 business days

East Malaysia: 2-5 business days

For International orders, the international shipping rate is calculated based on the dimensions, weight, delivery location &, etc.

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order.

Can I edit my shipping address after placing orders?

If you wish to change your shipping details, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp +601112896340 as soon as possible, we will try our best to make the necessary adjustments.

Once your orders are ready to be shipped OR has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your address.

No refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes, self pick-up is available.

Orders can be collected on the next business day, 1pm - 6pm.

Do I have to pay for custom duties and tax?

You may incur charges for duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities as your order undergoes clearance. Additionally, the courier may levy handling or storage fees, if applicable.

Any fees associated with a parcel must be settled by the recipient.

In compliance with local regulations, the courier may request official documentation, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to assist in customs clearance. It's important to be aware that even gifts are subject to standard import procedures dictated by each destination country's customs laws and may be taxed if their value exceeds a specified local threshold.

Return & Exchanges

What is Evinlove Jewelry's return policy?

Please be aware that certain circumstances do NOT permit returns or exchanges, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Hygiene reasons for earrings
  • Sets containing earrings
  • Promotional items (i.e., products priced at a 30% discount and above)
  • Chain breakage, damage, or tarnishing of products.
  • Personalized items

All purchases are non-refundable.

However, if you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

I have received the wrong orders/items.

We're terribly sorry for the unpleasant experience!

Please contact out Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving parcel and we'll assist you accordingly.

Kindly take note that our team will require clear pictures of the items received for assessment. Unclear images will affect our team's return and exchange assessment.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned items (if applicable).

What should I do if my parcel(s) are lost?

Evinlove Jewelry will not be responsible for any lost/damaged parcels once we have handled them over to the courier company.

We're always happy to assist on tracking your lost parcels and following up with courier company if needed, however, lost parcels are not eligible for refunds.
